Kickoff call
20 minutes on the phone or Zoom. We walk through your current site, your service area, and what kinds of customers you want more of. You leave the call knowing exactly what we're building and why.
Build phase
Site structure, design, all your pages. By end of day 3, you can pull up a working version on your phone and click around. If something looks wrong, you tell me before we go further.
Your photos and content, integrated
I take the photos and copy you have and make them look like they belong on a 2026 site. No stretched photos. No walls of text from 2019. If you don't have great photos yet, I'll tell you what to take and how.

Questions you're probably asking.
I already have a website. Why would I rebuild it?
Pull it up on your phone right now. Time how long it takes to load. Try the contact form. If it loads in over 3 seconds, looks dated, or the form is broken, you're losing customers to it every week and you'd never know. The cost of a rebuild is one or two extra jobs - the cost of doing nothing is every customer you don't hear about.
Will this help me show up on Google when people search for my service?

What kind of businesses do you build for?
Service businesses primarily - landscapers, contractors, agents, local trades, professional services. Anything where customers find you on Google, decide whether to call you based on your site, and turn into a quote request or phone call. If you sell physical products with a checkout, or you need online booking with availability, that's a different kind of build and probably not me.
Can I update photos and content myself, or do I have to call you every time?
Yes, you can update it yourself. On the handoff call I'll walk you through how to add a new photo, change your phone number, update your service area, or add a seasonal offering. It's built to be easy, not to keep you dependent on me.
What if I don't like it when it's done?
Half upfront, half on acceptance. If the site doesn't match what we agreed on at the kickoff call, you don't owe the second half. That structure protects both of us - I'm motivated to get it right, and you're not on the hook for something you don't like.
What happens after 7 days - am I on my own?
14 days of text and email support are included on The Build, 30 days on The Build + Local SEO. If something breaks or you have a question, you text me and I handle it. After that, I'm available for hourly work or you can handle small updates yourself.
Why not just use Wix, Squarespace, or one of those template sites?
You can. Plenty of businesses do, and that's why their sites all look the same and load slowly. Templates are built to work for everyone, which means they're not built for anyone. A custom site loads faster, looks like your business is run by an actual professional, and isn't sharing a layout with three of your competitors.
