Content sites that
actually |
Most new content sites never get indexed. Slow loads, broken mobile, no schema, templates identical to a thousand competitors. I build the other kind — Next.js, SEO-ready, ranking-structured, shipped in 7 days.
The problem
Most new content sites die before they rank.
You've seen this story. Someone launches a site, publishes twenty posts, waits six months, gets thirty visitors, quits. It's almost never the niche. It's almost never the content. It's the foundation.
Google makes an early call on every new site: is_worth_indexing? That decision is based on signals most builders don't even know to check. Load time. Mobile rendering. Schema markup. Internal linking structure. Hub page editorial weight. Duplicate-template detection.
Get five of those wrong and you've built a site Google quietly ignores forever. You can publish a hundred posts into it. Doesn't matter. The decision was made at launch.
I build sites that get every one of those signals right on day one.
That's the whole job.
What I build
SEO-ready content sites, in every flavor.
Different content sites, same foundational discipline. If it needs to rank, I can build it.
Affiliate & Review Sites
Comparison-driven content, tracked affiliate redirects, schema-marked reviews, the works.
Directory & Listing Sites
Programmatic SEO at scale, structured data per listing, filterable interfaces.
Lead Generation Sites
High-conversion landing pages, form workflows, CRM integrations, event tracking.
Niche Publications
Content-first architecture, newsletter capture, subscriber workflows, editorial structure.
The deliverable
Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Included
- A real Next.js site — not a WordPress theme with 40 plugins duct-taped together
- Up to 10 cornerstone pages built to the structure Google actually rewards
- Schema markup, meta tags, sitemap, robots.txt — the stuff 90% of Fiverr builds skip
- Google Search Console + Bing Webmaster Tools set up and verified
- Analytics and event tracking wired in from day one
- Core Web Vitals optimized — sub-2s load, no layout shift, fast on actual phones
- Responsive design that genuinely works on mobile, not just "technically passes"
- Affiliate infrastructure: tracked redirects, disclosure pages, clean link handling
- Reusable components so you can add pages in 20 minutes instead of 2 hours
- Domain, DNS, SSL, deployment — fully live and yours on day 7
Not included
- Full site content — you get 3 finished cornerstone pages as templates, not 50
- Custom backend, user accounts, or ecommerce — wrong tool for this job
- Paid ads, influencer deals, or gray-hat link building
- Ongoing SEO consulting after handoff (unless you grab the ops tier)
- YMYL niches — medical, legal, financial advice. Too much liability
The process
Seven days. Here's every one of them.
Kickoff call, niche lockdown
30 minutes on Zoom. I stress-test your niche, target queries, and site structure. You leave the call knowing exactly what we're building and why. If your niche has fatal problems, I tell you before we start — not after.
Build phase
Site architecture, design system, core components, routing, all the plumbing. By end of day 3, you can click around a fully-functional site in staging.
Three cornerstone pages, written
I write three full pages in your niche so you have working templates — not empty shells you'll stare at for a week wondering what to fill in.
SEO setup + indexation push
Schema validated, sitemap generated and submitted, GSC + Bing verified, analytics tracking confirmed. The site is crawlable, indexable, and discoverable — not sitting in a corner hoping Google finds it.
Handoff + walkthrough
45-minute call. I show you how to add pages, update content, monitor rankings, and read the data. Slack support stays open for 14 days after.
Live case study
I built one for myself first.
Before I sell you on the approach, here's me using it on my own money. Live affiliate site, real GSC data, real revenue. I'll walk you through the dashboard on our intro call.
The Upgrade Ledger
Adults-only Cancun resort comparison and review site. Next.js, schema-marked reviews, comparison tables, affiliate redirect infrastructure. Live case study — ranking on page 1 of Google at 30 days old.
Built To Own
Mortgage and finance calculator site with a content library built around long-tail search queries. Interactive calculators, SEO-structured blog, clean maintainable code. Content-first architecture end to end.
House Scout
Single-page real estate lead capture site. Streamlined funnel from landing to inquiry form, optimized for conversion with minimal friction. Built for agents who need leads, not portfolios.
Craft Landscaping Leads
Local service lead-gen site connecting landscaping businesses with nearby customers. Service showcase, quote request flow, mobile-first design — the template for any local service business that needs leads.
Electric Goose Web Design
Conversion-focused landing page built to establish credibility and capture qualified leads. Sleek, fast, structured to move visitors from scroll to action without friction.
Pricing
Flat rate. No surprises.
Half upfront, half on acceptance. No hourly games, no scope creep.

FAQ
Questions you're probably asking.
I don't have a niche picked yet. Can you help?
Partially. I'll pressure-test a niche you're considering and flag the obvious killers — too competitive, YMYL, commissions too low to matter. What I won't do is full niche research as part of the build. That's a 20+ hour job and it's not what I'm fastest at.
What's the tech stack, and can I change it?
Next.js 14+ with the App Router, Tailwind, deployed on Vercel. I can ship to Cloudflare Pages or Netlify if you'd rather. I don't build on WordPress. If WordPress is non-negotiable for you, I'm the wrong person.
How do revisions work?
Two rounds per page during the build week, included. Anything after handoff is $150/hr, or rolled into the ops tier. I price this way because "unlimited revisions" is how projects die — scope has to have edges.
Will the site rank?
Nobody can promise rankings. Anyone who does is lying or incompetent. What I can promise: the site ships fast, clean, indexable, schema-marked, mobile-working, and structured the way sites that rank are structured. I build the launchpad — content is the fuel.
Why not just hire someone cheaper on Fiverr?
You can. Plenty of people do. Most of those sites are invisible to Google six months later. If the site doesn't get indexed, it doesn't matter what it cost to build.
What if I hate it when it's done?
Half upfront, half on acceptance. If the site doesn't match the scope doc we agreed on, you don't owe the second half. That's never happened and I don't expect it to, but the structure protects both of us.
How do we start?
Book a 30-min intro call. If we're a fit, I send a scope doc and deposit invoice. The 7-day clock starts the day the deposit clears.
Ready to build something that actually ranks?
Book a 30-minute intro call. We'll talk through your niche, your goals, your timeline. If it's a fit, we start. If it's not, I'll tell you straight.
Book a 30-min intro call→No follow-up spam. No sales sequence. One call, honest answer.
